Privacy policy

Margin is operated by Magnetic Labs, Inc., which is the data controller for the information described here. We collect only what it needs to sell and deliver templates.

What we collect

• Your email address and order details, to deliver downloads and let you sign in to your library.
• Payment details, handled by Stripe under Stripe’s privacy policy. We don’t receive your card number.
• Your email, if you subscribe to updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Device requests you send us.

Cookies and storage

We set one cookie, only when you sign in to your library, to keep you signed in. Your basket is stored in your own browser. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn’t use cookies or track you across sites, and Cloudflare Turnstile to protect forms from spam.

Advertising

We advertise with Google Ads. To measure which ads lead to purchases, pages load the Google tag, which may set cookies and send Google details of your visit and, after checkout, the order value. We don’t use this data to show you personalised ads. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland these cookies stay off unless you accept them in the cookie banner. Wherever you are, you can change your choice at any time under Cookie settings; your choice is saved in your browser. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Where data is stored

Orders are stored in Cloudflare’s infrastructure. Emails are sent through our email provider [provider name].

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data or for it to be deleted by writing to hello@example.com. We keep order records for as long as tax law requires [retention period].
